I like to go running a few times a week, this helps me with stamina on the course. It is also a good time for me to plug into my ipod and clear my mind.
I also do gym work on my weights bench in my bedroom working on my core and upper body strength.
I love food and enjoy cooking and know that a good healthy, balanced diet helps in more ways than one. Red meat, Fish and Pastas are my favourite. On the course I like to take dried fruit and nuts with me to release slow energy, cereal bars and maybe a chocolate bar also help especially on the last four holes.
I try my best to stay away from fizzy drinks but I’m happy with fruit juices and cold water at home and a cold beer or two after a long day on the course.
